Shipping Guide

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

  • The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
  • Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.
  • Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. We usually require 0-2 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.

Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping fee:

The shipping fees vary from the shipping address and the weight of the order, they're available on the Checkout Page.

Orders from the US or CA will be shipped from our local warehouse.

Shipping FAQ

Which countries/regions do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States and Canada.

I live in one country but want to ship to a different country. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to ship to a different country(US or CA) than the one you live in. However, shipping options and fees may vary depending on the destination country.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will work with you to replace your damaged items with new ones as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order on our website using different methods depending on its current status:

  • Processing: Check the status in the "My Orders" section of your Kohree account.
  • Shipped: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking code and a link to track it.
Why does my tracking show "Not Found"? Why are there no updates in the tracking information?

The package tracking status checked online is usually updated later than the actual shipping status of the package. Package tracking information is generally updated 2 to 5 working days after you receive the logistics tracking number.

A delayed update on the tracking of your order usually does not affect its delivery.

My order status shows "Delivered," but I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

Check if your shipping address is correct. Ask your neighbors, relatives, or friends if they received the parcel on your behalf. All orders reported as "Delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered, and Kohree cannot be held liable for non-delivery in this case. If you still cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the local carrier, such as USPS, to inquire about the delivery status.

What does "Split Shipped" mean?
  • If your order contains an out-of-stock product, it will not be processed until we receive new stock.
  • If your order contains several products, the available items will be shipped first, and the out-of-stock items will be shipped later.
  • Please note that large or bulky items may also be split into separate shipments due to size restrictions.
The item I ordered was in stock when I placed my order, but it is now showing "Out of Stock." What happened?

This can occur if there is a discrepancy between our digital stock counter and the actual stock availability of a product. The stock level on our website is constantly updated, but on rare occasions, it may not match the actual stock in our warehouses. If this happens, you are eligible for a refund for this item or you can wait for the item to be restocked.

Can public holidays, strikes, and unforeseeable events affect deliveries from Kohree?

Yes, deliveries from Kohree can be affected by public holidays, strikes, and unforeseeable events, mainly because we primarily ship from local warehouses in the United States or Canada. The specific impact depends on the announcements and notices from the local logistics carriers in these regions.

Why is my parcel at the local post office?

Your parcel may be at the local post office for a few reasons:

  1. Delivery Attempted: The postal carrier attempted to deliver the package to your address but was unable to do so. In this case, they will leave a notice for you to pick up the parcel at the post office.
  2. Size of Parcel: If the package is too large for your mailbox or requires a signature upon delivery, it will be held at the post office for you to collect.
  3. Customs Clearance: For international shipments, the parcel may be held at the post office for customs clearance. You may need to provide additional information or pay customs duties to release the package.
  4. Incorrect Address: If there was an issue with the address provided or the postal carrier could not locate your address, the package may be held at the post office.

To retrieve your parcel, you will need to visit the local post office with a valid ID and the tracking number provided to you.

My order is taking longer than expected to deliver. When will I receive it?

Follow these steps:

  1. Check the status of your order.
  2. If it can be tracked, calculate the number of business days between its shipment date and the current day (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays or weekends).
  3. Contact us to verify the estimated delivery time of your selected shipping method.
  4. If the estimated delivery time has not passed yet, please wait for a few more days. If you have not received your parcel during this period, confirm that the shipping address is correct. If there is no address problem, your order may be delayed due to force majeure factors on the part of the shipping carrier.
